Namirembe Guest House is a warm and friendly Christian establishment governed by the Church

Commissioners and managed by a team of dedicated staff.

The facility started as a monastery and retreat house for the Church Missionary Society (C.M.S.) who later passed its ownership on to the Anglican Church of Uganda Trustees.

It is five minutes drive from the city centre and easily accessible by public transport. Situated on the outer slopes of Namirembe, the "Mother of Peace", it commands a magnificent and darling view of Kampala city, as dubbed by one of our guests, "A Million Dollar View".

It is within a walking distance of many places of interest such as St. Paul's Cathedral at the top of Namirembe hill, the Kabaka's Palace, Kasubi Tombs and several shopping centres. A 20 minute walk will take you to the city, with its colourful markets and other attractions.

The rooms offer a warm and relaxing atmosphere. Room facilities include TVs, intercom and international dialing services.
